13 Apr 1865 — Paralana station, about 5 miles west of Mt FittonJohn Walter Jerrold, a shepherd working for John Jacob, near Mount Fitton, went missing, and another shepherd, Harris had sheep stolen. It was later revealed that Jerrold had been killed.
